Ixchel Garcia's parents disappeared in her home country of Thailand and she had to move to America, where her cousin lives. She is a mute 16 year old and is sent to a school where she cannot communicate. Her and other teens like her are forced to go to a country that has been deserted to die because they are unwanted. If they get back to America they can have help with their 'disabilities' for free. There are some sinister battles they must face, together.
