One night in the crimson moonlight, I found myself waking up on the street bruised all to hell. I had no idea why I was here. Where would I go? I had no choice but to fight for my life to survive. Is anyone there, someone to help me? Mostly V/ Vergil relation with the reader, some Nero and Dante. This story is only mature because of language, some violence and blood. I don't write smut stories.
I See My Future Before Me
~ A V X Reader set in an Alternate Universe wherein Nero supposedly defeats Urizen that 15th of May. ~ V goes on a search for power to keep his mortal flesh from crumbling - a result from his failure to merge with Urizen. With the Yamato at his disposal, he goes to every place he could think of, looking for any clue and any kind of magic to heal him. However, his search for that elusive power led him back to Red Grave, where a disaster beyond his imagination has already began to claw its way towards its helpless citizens. Along with familiar faces, he takes on the very reckless job, hoping to atone for all the mistakes he has done in the past, all the while trying his very best to reconcile with the very few people he knew. He is aware that he might die along the way without ever having to see through his search for that different kind of power, but, deep in his heart, he knew he would be doing one last act of kindness towards the people he tried to end in the past. Until he meets an equally mysterious girl who, like the rest of them, takes on the job. But, unlike them, she looks like she does not possess any kind of power at her disposal to win the war against the Dreadnaught. What is her purpose? What is her motivation for going through this dangerous decision? And more importantly, what are those secrets she is hiding from the rest of them, but, particularly, from him, of all people? ~ This story will contain spoilers from the Devil May Cry 5 game. Friendships will be tested, brothers will be brought together and torn apart and a king will realize his limits. It all starts when the flames of the palace burn their brightest and an innocents blood is spilled. PREQUEL to my other story, Devil May Cry: Restitution! This is the first fan fiction I wrote and completed back in 2009. It was originally posted to my deviantART account on August 3rd, 2009 but I decided to migrate some of my work from over there to my profile here for a change in scenery. NERO X ORIGINAL CHARACTER Calypso Lynne Magdalene spends her overnights working in a 24 hour coffee shop, nestled in the center of Redgrave City, while trying to make a career for herself caring for others as a registered nurse. Having moved to the city to focus on school and distance herself from a horrible breakup, she finds herself entranced when a certain handsome demon hunter walks in with some similar complaints in the romance department. An empathetic soul, she lends her ear to his disgruntlement, hoping to help soothe his frustration. Will she allow herself also to heal through helping him and in turn, perhaps finding love in one another? Nero wasn't expecting Kyrie to break things off suddenly, after years of being together. This left Nero with a lot of frustration and self criticism, writing himself off of dating. Period. Opting to focus on his career as a demon hunter instead, he convinces himself into thinking he doesn't need that sort of distraction. A chance encounter with a certain bubbly blonde may prove otherwise.
