Navid , a little famished boy, found himself trapped in a bunker after a loud explosion hit their village. This is a brief account on how he had to survive life, one grueling day after the other, within his small world and under the dark rubble.
Some of the common sufferings of children in conflict affected areas here in Mindanao, Philippines are presented in this story. There's nothing more torturing than seeing their innocence and peace compromised by unwanted bloodshed.

Which ever one is made topic for discussion, the results are still the same - millions dead, and if not, suffering the aftermath. Despite all this, the sacrifices weren't in vain, as the necessary peace was kept. However, a war rages on, and this time, it could end the world. Two secret organizations, the Peacekeepers, who makes it its mission to protect the world, and the Southpaw, who's bent on destroying it. Hiroyuki Watanabe, a fellow Peacekeeper, is part of this war. A soldier, one too young. Along with his team of brave souls, the boy endeavors to end this secret war, before it ends humanity. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Author's Note: This was and still is my very first story. To elaborate even further, it was also my first time writing anything at all. My original intentions were to test the waters and see how it appeals to any and every reader that comes across it.
