This book is about a young teenage girl with dreams of travelling to Hawaii for a summer vacation as she tries to meet up with the school for a teen beach party. It's the first time she is going on a vacation without her parents and she tries to have done with her two best friends while she meets her crush who apparently seems to like her as well but she has to be careful because she has to battle with her enemy in other for her and her crush to be together she takes a wild journey knowing what it means to love. One summer, her mom moves to Paris and wants her to fly down to visit her. On the plane ride there, she meets a super cute guy in first class. But then, things turn upside down...literally. The plane crashes and some of the people who survived are now stranded on an island. Is this how Miranda will spend her whole summer? Stuck on an island?

He then tells her he fiund out it was Sammi who started the rumor. And to make it up to her, he brings her to see her favorite series, 'Raven-Man' at the Drive-in theatre.
