I could hear my heart beating in my chest. The man was right behind us, yelling and cursing. I could hear my sisters labored breathing getting further behind me.
"GET IN FRONT OF ME NOW!" I yelled at them. They needed to listen or they wouldn't survive! They ran. I made sure that they were at least 20 feet ahead of me before I ran after them, the man right at my feet, occasionally reaching for my hair. We had to get away. But how?
