Mending You And I
Previously known as: I'll never forgive you Maryam Junaid, a pious, confident young Muslimah who lost her parents in a fire at the age of ten. As the little girl wandered the dangerous streets of New York, she was kidnapped and somehow ended up in the foster home of the Mehmoods. At the young age of 12, she had already gone through a lot. Abuse, harassment, humiliation, you name it. Life was tough but things took a turn for the better when the sweet Saleh couple stumbled upon her. Liking Maryam's sensibility and piety, they ask for her hand in marriage for their only son; Abdullah Saleh. Knowing that it was the only way out of her misery, she gladly accepted and despite her foster family's disapproval, started her life as the Saleh family's daughter-in-law and the wife of Abdullah Saleh, a stranger. Abdullah Saleh, the famous workaholic, charming, young CEO of Saleh textiles. His intense gaze, raven straight hair, and pale creamish skin weren't one to go unnoticed. Partying, girlfriend and work were his main goals in life and nothing could change that. He was pretty content until a little girl who liked to act snobby and confident, forcefully entered his life. To say that he was annoyed would be an understatement. They say polars attract but this couple just didn't click. The bond of marriage between the two, binding them together created a big clash. And one thing was for sure, it wasn't pretty. __________________________________ Note: The credit for the images used in the cover goes to however made them. The CEO's unexpected love ✔
"You fall in love with the most unexpected person at the most unexpected times." ▪▪ He stroke my arm with his hand and carefully followed his own action with his eyes. "What are you doing?" I asked, pushing his hand away. He raised his both hands in the air as defense and tucked them away in his jeans pockets afterwards. "I have a question before you leave." He smirked. He was going to ask me something stupid, I could feel it. I crossed my arms and waited for his question. "You can take your headscarf off as soon as we're married, right? I mean, we are married then." He said taking another step forward. He suddenly grabbed me by my waist, pulling me towards him. He stared into my eyes holding me with a huge strength I could never compete with. It was at that moment I could smell a faint smell of alcohol on his breath. He was drunk. ▪▪ Meet Aliah Samuni; a simple, religious and down to earth 23 year old girl, who lost her parents 5 years ago. Meet Harris Cooper; cocky, rude, rich, has a different girl every week and isn't friendly towards his staff. Falling For A Hijabi (part 1 And 2)
#1 in spiritual in 16/6/2019 Previously known as " My very own hijabi" Two young people finding shelter within each other from the world and its evils Jannah Mohamed is not your typical hijabi, she is an introvert, her traumatic past has turned her into the person she is today. Her senior year was supposed to be a regular year if it wasn't for a stupid bet. James Wayne is your typical filthy rich popular bully whose money and extreme good looks help him get away with everything he does. Jannah will teach him that he can't get everything he wants. What happens when two worlds collide?! Teaser " Because....because you like me, I know that you like me, but you are trying to suffocate your feelings, you are trying to bury them under the mountain of disappointments you have in your life, you are acting like you don't care, but you do care, very much actually, more than I can imagine, more than anybody can imagine, that's why you always try your best to hide it very Well, I know you care because I can see the spontanous smile that is drawn on your face once you see me, the luster in your eyes When you see me, I know this because I see myself in them, and this is the only reflection of myself that I like, that I love " he said, as tears kept playing at the corners of his eyes. I was speechless, my mind has betrayed me, I just stood there starring at him as he ran away, I couldn't even ask him to stop or come back for me, he just ran away, like a prey from a predator, and I felt guilty about it, he was my victim.
