Mitchell 'Mitch' Copeland never stands out among the crowd, because he never gives himself the chance to do it. His whole life revolves around his obsession with indie music and coming of age novels. If given the choice between watching a boring documentary all day or socializing with other people, he'll definitely choose the former one. It is a rather peculiar and awkward experience to meet a 25-year-old introvert like him. More often than not, people would go off saying that he is 'snobbish and a bore'.
Mitch is aware of that, and he doesn't give a damn about it.
But what happens when he meets Helena Heartbeat, an indie music store owner who, like him, loves to make mixtapes for every occasion? Will the quiet, thoughtful Mitch come to love the boisterous, fun-loving Helena? Or will their contradicting personalities set off the invisible time bomb that is buried beneath their relationship?
