What if Draco and his mother had been the ones to help Harry onto the Platform his first year at Hogwarts? What if Draco, flustered and apologetic, had simply walked up to the Boy Who Lived and said "I think we got off on the wrong foot. My name is Draco, and I would like it very much if you would be my friend". I think Harry, being the adorable little gift of God he is, would have immediately accepted the apology. If just one little thing had been different, we could have seen What Might Have Been.

-'Who's done this?' Y/N asked although she already had a sinking suspicion. 'Malfoy.' Potter said touching his nose gingerly. 'Although to be fair I was spying on him so I probably deserved it.'
