Zoe Finnik had just moved from Brighton, England. She is a senior now, and is comming into a new school smack dab in the middle of the year. She meets some interesting people on her first day, along with her little sister Elisabeth, who just started high school. Zoe is noticing that everywhere she goes, people always come in a couple. She starts to feel kind of left out, mostly because all of her friends even have boyfriends. She then gets caught up with this one guy she met on her first day, not knowing it herself.
