Lucas the Lucario has watched the transformation of his life. His little group of friends, how much it's evolved. It just went from him, his best friend, a sassy snake, and kind kitten, and a doctor-like dragon to- well, almost a clan.
And he loves every single one of them, with all his heart. He would do anything for them, even if he just plays it cool and doesn't show it that often.
But oh, he's just the cool friend. The kind soul. The person who would keep all your secrets if you told him, and never say a word to anyone else. There's nothing TO dramatic going on with him.
It's not like he has the secret safety of all of them currently forced into his hands or anything.

"Grab that plate and throw it on the floor." I told him, handing him a plate. "Why am I---" "Just do it!" I yelled, trying to hold back the tears. He looked at me and took the plate from my hand, making careful moves so he didn't touch the tips of my fingers. "Throw it on the ground." I told him. I watched as he threw it down on the ground, pieces of one of my moms plates going everywhere. "Okay. Now what?" He asked me, a hint of impatience in his voice.
