Mariah was a princess. Currently, she's pretty much the queen of her kingdom, due to her mother's illness. 

One day, the Monk in the monastery says that somebody will die no matter how hard they fight. Mariah had a pretty good idea who would die. Her mother.

Later that night, the kingdom was attacked.



The Princess has been in great panic ever since, and is deeply concerned for her mother's wellness. 

One of the castle keepers, Mae, noticed Mariah's stress, and skips her cleaning duties to go comfort the princess. But, maybe the princess sees this as more than comfort...
