Dylan is a renowned trainer at the Sinnoh academy of Pokemon training, who loves Pokemon, so when he is asked by Professor Charls to go to the newest region, Kasoku, to discover new Pokemon, Dylan gladly accepts, but all is not right. Two new legendaries are waging war against each other but neither is stronger than the other, however if one of them can obtain the four tears; Aquamarine, Jade, Topaz, and Amber, they can finally banish the other.
