There is said to be a strange land, even if it's far away. A strange land ran by strange gods who abide by strange rules from their strange realm called Sorta. From Sorta they rule over the realms of mortals, realms such as Absurd, Creative, Quaint, Curiosity, Tactile, Disdain, Instant, and Polar. The gods did their jobs well, even if mortals hadn't ever seen one in person. Life went well, as it should, held in a nice and quiet peace.

What would peace be without it's counterbalance of chaos? The realm of Quaint get's its first taste of chaos in a millennia as gravity begins to mess up. The color red up and disappears. Water occasionally lights itself on fire, and one of the 'useless' and 'trivial' gods arrives beaten and battered and near death. "Peace does not sit well with the Old God," he pants, "who has broken from his confinement from a millennia ago." The more powerful gods are already dead, and all that is left are those trivial, forgotten gods, and mortals.

Yet again, there has always been worse odds and worse gods to fight against.

[A roleplay inspired from dreams, daydreams, and nightmares, all entwined.]

Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?
Echoes Of Equilibrium: War Of The Worlds by BenjacksonTroy
1 part Ongoing
In a world where balance is the key to survival, a centuries-long war between humans and demons threatens to plunge the human world into irreversible chaos. For millennia, the rift between the two races has deepened, fueled by ancient hatred and bloodshed. But one demon dares to defy his lineage. Leor, prince of the demon realms of Valek'thar and Zaron, is determined to end the cycle of destruction. Haunted by the legacy of his father, the ruthless Primordial Demon King Aamon, Leor seeks redemption-not just for himself, but for all demonkind. Guided by a relentless sense of duty, Leor forms an uneasy alliance with two elite demon hunters-Shania and Seraphina-and a mysterious god who brings them together. Together, the trio fight to forge peace between their worlds. But as tensions simmer, a far greater threat rises: the Devourer, a chaos-born orb with the power to consume the life-force of entire realms. As they traverse breathtaking and perilous landscapes, the group encounters ancient beings, monstrosities with glowing eyes, and a demon named Azarath, whose neutrality seems odd. The hunters wrestle with their own morality as enemies become allies, and loyalties are tested. When a forgotten god-one who defied existence itself-emerges as the true architect of the chaos, Leor and his allies must race against time to stop a force that threatens not only the mortal realms but the very fabric of all reality. In a world teetering on the edge, love, sacrifice, and the strength of unlikely bonds will determine the fate of all. To protect the balance, they must confront the darkness-both around them and within.

A cursed Serpentine Dragon from another realm is thrown into a new dimension after being chosen for a destiny she did not want to follow. Now she runs for her life from a tribe of Dragon Hunters ""I fell through the void for some time until I landed on the pale, yellow stone of the huge island mass floating isolated in the vile purple abyss, and in the process created a large crater around me, about 100 metres in diameter. I pulled myself up, still engulfed in anger but also mostly confused and dizzy, and looked around. Tall, solid obsidian pillars stretched hundreds of meters into the sky all around the island of the Ender Realm, it's surface rough and uneven. I sensed other living creatures within the realm along with me. Creatures with long slender bodies, coloured completely black and allowing no light to reflect of their skin. Purple droplets of slimy liquid dripped off their long-stretched limbs which moved and swayed like long ropes showing no visible signs of bones. 3 claw like fingers poked out from the ends of their hands. It was if their whole inner bodies were made entirely of ink all held together in a black skin like a balloon. Their faces were flat, showing no emotion, only two eerie luminous violet eyes- that's it. A distorted noise echoed from them, since they had no visible mouths I don't know how they made those notices but it sounded completely unnatural."" =Competition!!! This story holds some references to video games! Those who spot them all, or at least the most, will get a special prize. Happy Hunting!=
