A year after the defeat of the Red Death and peace has brought to Berk, Skullette is still trying to figure out her way in a world where she didn't have to worry about the village's safety every other day. She has her friends, her family however little remains of it, but she still feels...lost. She wants to move on with the rest, but part of her, the part that grew bitter and resentful at life and everything around her, stays in the past, in all that she had tried to run from. But when she meets a dragon, she can't help but feel a bond form between them, a bond she can't quite figure out. Or maybe because that bond had been struck years before when she could still see, just an innocent soul with a desire to help. As she's forced to remember and see into her own past, her parents, and their story, she tries to avoid it and forget. But maybe the best way to move on from the past is to stop running, and simply face it.
