Nini has always dreamed of a life straight out of a romance book. Except her teenage years were filled with anxious thoughts about crushes who seemed to be more interested in getting in her friends' pants than talking to her, growing insecurities regarding her appearance, and date after date where the guys would always find an excuse to never text back. Then came adulthood, when Nini realized whenever she was in the room, love seemed to run the opposite way. So she accepted it wasn't for her and made a promise to forget everything about fairytales and focus solely on getting her shit together after a bad start to her adult life. Welcome to Undiscovered Gems Competition (UGC)! I love to help writers get a second hand view of their work. I feel that there is so much published work on Wattpad that deserves to be acknowledged but people a) Don't have the time b) Don't read new books with low reads or c) Can't find them. I've read so many undiscovered books here and I usually comment on how to improve and what is done well. I know that new stories may not be continued or people may not have confidence in themselves and sometimes I feel my comments go unnoticed. Therefore, I would have made a competition where undiscovered writers get a chance to be acknowledged through 'The Undiscovered Gems Competition' and get some feedback that they, themselves, are looking for.
