Synchronicity, symbolism and imagery woven into a poetic story of redemption and renewal.This free verse poetic story is based on a dream and a vision I had of my Grandmother, a woman of great faith, after her passing away from Alzheimers. What did she feel, what did she experience in those first moments she arrived in Heaven? This glimpse into the afterlife will have you hopeful and longing to see what is beyond those pearly gates. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken.
