Tommy, better known as Theseus in the community, is a vigilante who's only goal is to help get rid of crime in his city. Tommy is known in the media for having flexibility and fast movements, similar to a raccoons. His makeshift suit has raccoon ears on the hood, a black mask that goes over his eyes to resemble a raccoon, and a fluffy tail. Sure, a tail is kind of stupid considering someone could grab in to keep him from running, but it adds to his brand. And he's fast, so it doesn't matter. His weapons? A knife, and discs. No, not actual discs. These discs are sort of like Chinese throwing stars, or whatever they're called. They deal damage, and that's what matters. The heroes; Blade, Angel of Death, and Ghost; are always seeking to catch Tommy and arrest him. Tommy is just trying to help the city. He doesn't know why the heroes want him arrested. When Tommy's landlord of the apartment complex he lives in finds out that Tommy isn't actually 18, and is really 15, he calls CPS and gets Tommy taken to a foster home. Tommy can't fight crime from a foster home without the new family finding out, or can he? But what happens when Tommy finds out that his new family is actually the heroes that seek to arrest him day after day? Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry.
