    I know Sanitized Octolings and Octarians are basically a zombie but my friend's idea sounds cool to me so I'm going to write it, but... If there is a process of Sanitation, Then wouldn't there be a process of De-Sanitation?
    
    This happened after the events so Tartar isn't in the deep sea metro.
    
    This is based upon an comic idea that one of my friends (doesn't have a wattpad account) Heather is my own character however.
