Kaia Blue, a 19 year old girl, locked away in a basement, kept in chains. She was born with magic and her mother used to teach her how to control it, until she died one day in the forest. They were attacked by thieves but Kaia's father thinks she killed her mother. Since then, he re-married and kept his own daughter away from the rest of the world. After Kaia disobeys him, her fathers decides he has had enough and sells, yes, sells his daughter in an unknown town.
A stunning looking pirate buys Kaia in the town, but his intentions are softer than she realises. He offers her a deal: She helps him get his revenge and he'll take her to a place where she free to be who she is. But as time goes, will both of them forget about what they want and fight for what they need?
