An orphan whose only family treat her like rubbish and bound strict rules on her as well as study and occupation expectations, is about to come across a dangerously crazy man covered with tattoos that appeal to her inner artistic childish self.

Dominic.
A powerful psychopath that dominates the dark underground begins to get bored with his "easy" life of killing and getting more money. He allows himself to be sent an asylum where he meets an doe eyed little girl that finds interest in his self applied tattoos.

With their meeting, Tatem's school, family problems and Dominic's boredom a things are about to change.
