Poetry
The world is a beautiful place, but it comes with hardships. There is pain and flaw. When we are young, we don't realize this. We see the world with eyes of wonder and innocence. But one day, you start to grow up and watch more of the world's secrets unravel. You rub your eyes and are met with phosphenes. The lights are blinding, as they reveal the true colors of this earth. This is a collection of vignettes, or short poetry, about my realizations in life. When the phosphenes appear.

All of the signs that lead us here! Depressed State of Mind Part 2 It's poetic and symbolic all of the signs that lead us here! In a moment in time that you can only see in the past tense of life. Like destiny it was meant to happen. It's poetic and symbolic how even though I read you that letter trying to save my marriage to him in the hospital it was you that ended up saving me in the end. It's poetic and symbolic how in spite of a world wide pandemic and lock down we always found each other and healed each others sadness. It wasn't my sobriety that I was scared to lose. It was ruining the friendship and not having it mean a thing to you!
