Siren's Song

I'm sure you've heard the stories, where they say that we enchant lonely sailors, with our voices and drown them. I'm also sure that you think of us as monsters that lurk in the deep, depths of the sea, waiting to claim the life of an unsuspecting victim... but what if I told you those things aren't completely true? Would you believe me? Of course not. You are human after all.

But take it from me, a siren. We are not the monsters. You are.
