Rein Taylor is the school bad girl, wild child, and secret runner up for Valedictorian. Damaged at a young age she's been forced to go through a lot alone while not letting anyone in other than occasionally her best friend Harvey.

Carson Miles has always been taught that grades define who you are a person he's first pick for Valedictorian of his class, leader of the chess club, and captain of the mathleats. He comes from a family of doctors and lawyers, big houses, and expensive vacations. Although if it weren't for his popular star athlete best friend he'd be basically invisible to the rest of the school. 

When Reins world is suddenly flipped upside down once again, and Carson gets an odd suprise these two polar opposites are pushed to work together. Will they learn that it doesn't matter who you're viewed as everyone has issues in life. Will common goals and sudden issues push these two together or cause both of their lives to fall apart?
