Cessair Abella is a 16-year-old boy who was recently disowned by his foster mother. She needed to leave for the city and couldn't afford to take care of him so she brought him to an orphanage. Upon first inspection, he discovers that his roommate, Jasper, is a bit off. Cessair was drawn to the plethora of dead roses in the orphanage's poorly maintained garden; there he meets a curly-headed boy with emerald eyes, Mars. Cessair starts to have frequent nightmares about his past, about his parents, their organization. They haunt him. Jasper falls deeply in love with Cessair and becomes attached to that emotion because it's the only thing he's ever felt. He becomes violent and jealous. This consumes him and turns him mad. Crazy enough to kill.
