Unbeknownst his knowledge, he has to leave Isabella to go back to his timeline. To free the Philippines from the 500-year Spanish occupation, and to prevent it furthermore. 

A fugitive in the modern timeline, Maximo has to dodge the eyes of Governor-General Facundo Vizcaíno. But with a little bit of secret from the childhood of his modern lover, his mission to free the Philippines in the modern world goes pretty awry. 

Either he does return to his timeline, or he remains a fugitive for almost 123 years.All Rights Reserved
