The Evil Within (Evil Deku Au)

Its Evil Deku in My Hero's Academia. This is when he asks All Might if he could be a hero and All might say no you can't be a hero and as such he was devasted and not to mention Bakugo tormenting him more than usual and then he says to take a swan dive on the roof to be reborn as someone with a quirk, however as he body hit the ground his bones broken and his body bleeding profusely. Giran saw this and decided to help and try to recruit him and the way he got his attention was by offering a way to continue to live but be a hero for them.
