Lily Warner was an ordinary 17 year old girl from Michigan. Her parents were divorced and she stayed with her father and stepmother, along with her 18 year old stepbrother Liam. When her dad gets a job promotion in England, she's forced to move with her family for the sake of her dad's career. Lily and Liam are really close and he's the only friend she's ever really had, so when they attend a new high school she chooses to stay close to Liam and his new friends. However, when Lily gets closer to Liam's friend Harry, things start to go down hill. Harry's known as the school's player, jerk, and heartbreaker. So, Liam gets a bit protective over Lily and things don't exactly end well. Relationships are broken, feelings are crushed, and trust is demolished.
Harry and Louis are growing up as brothers since Harry was five when Louis' parents adopt him. They always had a special bond and when there is one thing Louis cares for, then it is his younger brother. He always tries to keep him from bad influences, the mean kids at school and the cruel world. One thing he can't keep him from is puberty, being curious about his own body and exploring his sexuality.
And Louis tried, he tried so hard to keep him from all of this, but he realises soon enough that there's no way out of it. Without knowing what he actually causes with that, he helps him wherever he can- just as always. Nothing wrong with that, right?
Wrong.
What if it gets harder and harder for him to keep his desire and deep feelings- that go far beyond brotherly love- hidden under the surface until he gets to a point where he can't fight against it anymore?
