Well that's what everyone thinks.

In reality, he was depressed. Ned moved away. Aunt May was dead. Spider-Man was making him sleep deprived. And his life was falling apart.

What will happen when Tony Stark hears about his Aunt and invites him to stay at the tower? Will he realise what is happening the Peters life? Will the avengers be able fix it? Or will it be too late?
