There is already a Circus AU but I found it after coming up with this and this is my one twist on it your more than welcome to use this AU if you would like now for the characters

Koda is a Animal performer and cares for the Big cats Elephants and Horses in the show
Ojiro and Shoji are a strongman Duo
Mineta is a basic Janitor and Clown in some shows
Sato is in charge of confections for each show and crowd management
Uruaka is a clown and dose Dance as well
Ilda is in charge of crowd managment and backstage assistance making the show run smoothly
