After plague has taken over the world, sibling duo Kailynn and Zavier are fighting to survive. They've seen family and friends slowly die off, all because a sinister disease took over their minds, driving them to insanity. Zavier and Kailynn have some sort of immunity-- and that's something the government is after. They're being chased by drones, military soldiers, not to mention the crazy people in the forest affected by the plague. But when they come across a boy in the forest, nearly dead, Kailynn and Zavier risk all they have to try and help.
Will the mysterious boy be a helpful addition to the team, or will he sabotage them from the inside?

Its been three years since the events in the Cabin Fevers labs concluded. N and Tessa are the lone survivors, but even Tessa has long since left to deal with company business. Among the refugees is Thomas Knight. He was a wasteland scavenger who was helping clean up and gathering supplies for the people. All of this changed when the army and the militia offered him a chance to help rebuild the infrastructure of the world. While on one of their missions, they were ambushed by three drones. Thomas was the only survivor of the violent attack. Only armed with a shovel, he must find his way back to base, while trying to survive drone attacks and the wasteland's harsh conditions before he runs out of time.
