Loki, an angel in heaven, causes a lot of mischief, getting himself into trouble and ending up on the bad side of many angels, including the higher ups. He is set for execution but is freed by a strange person, allowing him to escape. He finds his way to earth and assimilates with those around him, taking on a new, "hidden" identity. Thor finds out that angels are being sent to find him and he goes to Heimdall to find out that Loki is on earth. Heimdall helps him get safe passage to earth so he can warn Loki of those that seek to cause him harm. Loki finds out he is not the only fallen angel and gets caught in the center of the war between angels and demons along with other angels and demons stuck on earth for their transgressions. With the help of some humans they may be able to end the war, if they can first find peace among themselves.
Yes there will be cursing and crude jokes, but nothing more.

In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story. Then there's Aite. She's new. She's the Greek goddess of mischief, delusion, folly, and ruin. You'd think her and Loki would be the best of friends... Not so much.Complete
