Izuku is quirkless yes but THAT. DON'T MEAN SHIT. He won't let some quirk loving society to determine if he can save someone. Humanity didn't have quirks once upon a time. And hey, the name "First quirkless hero "doesn't sound too bad *I changed the title so that kids won't get into trouble for it being on their screen but if your wondering bit was "fuck quirks"*

The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. But then one day something changed when after he was bullied and he was at home drawing, his quirk finally showed itself. @JaydenFleisher writes the description for each chapter and I write the story itself

In a world full of different powers called quirks, Izuku's stood out. That's why he kept it hidden. When asked he would say he was quirkless or that it was a small profile reading quirk but the truth is that he was anything but that. Izuku's quirk titled, Witchery allowed him to conjure things, alter himself and others, summon a familiar, and much more. All with spells he's memorized since he was young. That's what makes him a great vigilante. He changes something about his appearance every time he goes out. He is known for saving the less fortunate and striking fear into villains. Known as Mage Izuku got awe from citizens and he worked endlessly to protect them once night had fallen. He saved anyone attempting to commit suicide and he stayed with them and talked with them. He was a hero in the eyes of the people, a vigilante in the eyes of most heroes, and a nuisance in the eyes of the villains. But that's his night job what exactly does he do during the day? Izuku works at a small cafe near the high school he had wanted to attend but had decided against it. He lives alone at age 16 and has made it four years without being caught. Until his instincts kick in in the middle of the day when a villain attack happens as he's getting off of work.

Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger?
