Doctor Izuku's quirkless and he wanted those heroes to experience what it is like to be quirkless. People theorize that the reason behind the disappearance of the hero's quirks is because of his own quirk but in reality, it's just because of the drug that he invented. He sometimes purposely mess up during his operations when he's handling a patient that is a hero making them paralyzed or in best cases dead. Inspired by Daric Art, Calladraws, Azelma and the tons and tons of villain Deku Au's I've read and watched.

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. Follow Izuku as he struggles to survive while at the same time wanting nothing more than to end his own misary and becomes weaker and weaker with each passing moment. Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.

Known as Mage Izuku got awe from citizens and he worked endlessly to protect them once night had fallen. He saved anyone attempting to commit suicide and he stayed with them and talked with them. He was a hero in the eyes of the people, a vigilante in the eyes of most heroes, and a nuisance in the eyes of the villains. But that's his night job what exactly does he do during the day? Izuku works at a small cafe near the high school he had wanted to attend but had decided against it. He lives alone at age 16 and has made it four years without being caught. Until his instincts kick in in the middle of the day when a villain attack happens as he's getting off of work.

Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated.
