Sam Moved to a new school after his friend had passed away and he was blamed.
Colby is like the 'bad boy' per say, he has been at their school for a year. All his friends hate Sam because Sam is considered a nerdy wimp. They don't know behind Colby's dark vibe he has a soft side for Sam. Soon as they end up being friends secretly. Word is out when they wear matching clothes for valentines day and someone gets jealous.
