AU: TAKES PLACE BETWEEN ROTS AND ANH. 
Two years... two years since Darth Vader became what he was. He was trapped... trapped inside himself, he couldn't break away from feelings of guilt, sorrow and the prophecy of him being "The Chosen One". His master decides to send him to a planet where the rebels are uprising and growing in numbers, saying they must be "eliminated." But when he goes there, he finds more than a rebellion, he finds a life.

Anakin/Vader walked back towards Padme's ship and that was where he met with the Emperor and the Storm Troopers, before reaching Padme. Once there, Darth Sidious, the Emperor, gave Vader the new lightsaber, a Sith lightsaber, its red instead of the blue he had before. Vader ignited the saber and took the Emperor by surprise, killing him on the spot. This chapter is the conclusion of Episode III, and the beginning of the series, Skywalkers: Rule The Galaxy!
