Klaus finally got what he wanted. The curse is broken and he is now a wolf/vampire hybrid. He couldn't be more satisfied. Now all that's left is for him to leave the wretched town of Mystic Falls. His plans goes south when he starts feel a bond between him and the older Salvatore brother. After visiting a witch he finds that breaking the curse came with strings attach. One of them is a mate which so happens to be a Salvatore. Damon Salvatore is stubborn, rough and doesn't listen to no one. He's tried love and figured out it's all bullshit. So when he starts feeling things for an Original Hybrid he does everything to fight it. What will happen when two men who hate each other are mated? Will Damon be able to fight off Klaus or will he stake his claim?

What if there was one person who was even stronger then Klaus? What if she was his bestfriend and grew up with all of the Mikaelson? Why haven't we heard of her before? The answer to that question is easy they don't remember who she is. Why did they forget, how is she alive, what will happen if they remember who she is, how is she even more powerful than Klaus, and why are they remembering now after a thousand years? To get these answers we would have to go back a thousand years and work our way to the present but what if it's not that simple and there are complications. Well we'll have to find out in this story of love, loss, friendship, family, and above all the heart warming joy of being brought back together even after being broken apart count less number of times.
