Every year, there will be an Exchange Student Program being held in order to sustain the bonds between wizarding schools all over the world. Each year, different school will be asked to become the base for the programs. But in every five years, six muggle-born witches that is taking part in the programs would be found to be brutally murdered during the period of four month of the programs.
Five years after the previous case, right after the end of the second wizarding war, Hogwarts decided that it is good to take part in the exchange programs in order to enhance unity with the other school from another country.
Because of that, Kingsley decided to ask an old friend, who happens to be in charge of the case five years ago, to help him out. Since they both aware that the programs only allows students, Kingsley asked if Dorian Evcans would be willing to send his nephew to aid them solving the gruesome case.

The timeline for this story will be on the Seventh year, so Harry and Ron wouldn't be in the story. Maybe they'll make a short cameo, maybe. Probably idk yet hahaha. Those who canonically die, would probably be alive here.

Ron decides to pursue his desire in being an Auror instead. Meanwhile, Draco tries to prove himself innocent to Harry and the gang. Hogwarts is back.
So this is 19 years after Harry Potter killed Voldemort and that stuff. Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley had three kids, James Sirius Potter the oldest, Albus Severus Potter the Middle child and Lily Luna Potter the youngest. Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger had two kids, Rose Granger-Weasley the oldest and Hugo Granger-Weasley the youngest. Draco Malfoy and Astoria Greengrass have a son named Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy. After Harry killed Voldemort, Hogwarts was in a mess and was badly damaged. So all the Professors decided to close down Hogwarts and only open Hogwarts up again when the world needs Wizards and Witches. Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Luna and all the other people from Hogwarts all made an oath to not tell any Muggle or their children about Hogwarts and magic and only students from Hogwarts can talk about Hogwarts between each other. Harry Potter lives in the house where his parents lived (died in). Harry, Ron, Luna, Hermoine, Ginny, Neville (all hogwarts students) put their stuff from Hogwarts in a special box that can only be opened by a key that Harry, Ron and other students have and it only has the keyholders stuff and no one else's stuff (It was made by Professor Mcgonagall) Also Ron, Hermoine, Harry, Ginny has had no contact with any other Hogwarts students.
