Zelen belongs to a race of reptilian humanoid-like aliens called the Zmiya; a scientifically advanced race  that has managed to co-exist on Earth with Humans without their knowledge for thousands of years by carving out massive underground cities in isolated places like Greenland, Antarctica, and Siberia. 

As she is coming back from an off-world trip, the ship that she is on malfunctions and crashes in the Nevada desert, close to Area 51. The impact kills everyone on board; except for her. The wreckage is discovered by a team of scientists, who eventually discover Zelen who is knocked unconscious and injured, but alive, and take her back to Area 51, along with the wreckage of the ship that she was traveling on.

She wakes up in a strange place with no recollection of how she got there, who she is, or what she is. Join Zelen as she makes new friends and slowly re-discovers herself.
