Jesse had wasted the past year of his life wanting to get away from the thing she always thought she wanted. However, after dropping out of her dream university and ditching the only plan she had for her future she was left with no moves but to go back home and start again trying to become what she never thought she wanted. Normal. But meeting Ash is nothing but normal and so is the world he introduced to her. Drawn by his otherworldy theories and ill-timed songs, she found herself tangled by what she is, what she never thought of becoming and what reasons she had to stay.

Ash spent all of his life trying to become better at the only thing he's ever good at and to one day be an esports professional. But being stuck in the run-down town and labeled as a delinquent and a computer-addict has led him to believe there is only one way to reach his dream; to leave. Until he found Jesse.
