Aiko Saruwatari, destined by her powers to become a villain, enters the University of Supers with her three best friends.  The school is filled with the most promising of upcoming superheroes. From the son of the most famous superhero in the nation, to a charming electromaniac, and some of those famous superheroes as teachers. Still, they're college students, so giving them the responsibility of saving the world can only end so well.
