Jussie Smollett may have had his charges dropped against him for allegedly staging a fake attack, but he isn't getting off so easy when it comes to the City of Chicago.Just as Smollett's luck was starting to turn around, the City of Chicago is now deciding to hit him with a lawsuit. According to TMZ, they want at least half a million dollars.
