What if the only way you can fullfill a promise is to broke your own heart. Beam and Forth are childhood friends but was separated because of migration. Then came Fah the hard-headed but kind hearted girl that caught Beam's heart. The girl that Beam promises his forever. Until one day Beam's parents re-introduced to him Forth who just came back to the country with a crazy declaration that Forth will soon to be his wedded husband. Then along the chaos comes secrets and memories of the past that Beam would like to bury to the deepest of his heart. Regardless of what choice he made, someone(s) heart is gonna be broken. Short Story Author's Note It's my first time doing this actually. I did this on my break time. Forgive my grammar. I never had the chance to re- read this. Forth is now going into his last year of college. He knows exactly what that means. His parents have been pressuring him to find a beautiful wife.
