I have no idea how a cut can be so interesting, but I won't judge a book by its cover. He unexpectedly moves and places a heartwarming kiss on my crown, brushing through the strands of my hair. So the moon shall be your guide. ~•~•~ The moon was the only comfort she found, the only reassurance she could allow. The moon had shown her its soothing soft light, the only one who've seen her story. The only one who've heard of her silent cries. Elise Aubrie Winslow is a twelve year old girl. And the moon was the only thing she could rely on, the only thing she found as soothing despite the troubles she had. Nobody wanted to listen to her and so she closed her mouth for good. Nobody spared her a glance and so she was like a phantom wearing a mask to hide her screams and her quiet sorrowful wails. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism.
