Two words: Meri. Island.

Amy Orabelle, age 16, loves travelling the world with her movie directing parents, meeting movie stars, and of course being an extra in a few movies herself, but when her parents decide that its best for Amy to settle down and live life like a normal teenage girl, they send her to her Aunt Kate and her cousin Finn's home on an island she's never heard of.

When she arrives at the island everything seems perfect. That is, until she met Zach, the surfer bad boy next door. He shows her the whimsical secret garden that has been hidden behind her Aunt's house for many years. But this garden has more than just one secret...

New friends, boys, and adventures keep Amy busy while she adjusts to her new island life but a sinister secret lurking around might get in the her way....

*Editing* Once upon a time, a beautiful sentiment for a beautiful princess, too bad she's busy blowing coke and partying. After breaking all the rules one too many times, Mina, finds herself ripped away from her fairy tail life and into a beat up public high school that's hundreds of miles away from the kingdom she is set to rule once she becomes of age. In a last chance effort she will be put to work as the football team's new team manager under the guidance of her father's childhood best friend. When the preacher's son joins the picture and complicates everything Mina must keep her cool demeanor while also hiding her secret from the hunky hometown hero. What will be harder: keeping her secrets under wraps or raining in the football star's wondering heart? * From the corner of my eye I see Kolby roll his eyes. He leans in, "Thats one of the reasons I chose to sit next to you." his whisper sends a chill up my spine, "That and you're always the prettiest girl in the church." Kolby always makes my Sunday best even better. I keep the ends of my mouth from giving away too much as a whisper back, "Better watch yourself, hick." I point upwards, "Marry had her eyes on you." "Her and half this town." he says. "Doesn't that worry you?" I ask causing his face to soften. "You know what?" he says, "When I see you, none of them matters. Nothing matters." his breath feels like a soft tickle on my neck while his words hit me like a nine-ton sack of bricks. * Find out in The Water Girl's Secrets [Completed] - currently editing

-- COMPLETED AND EDITING -- Nicole Shipton c. 2013 Teenage Michaela was a simple girl with an everyday life living in sunny California, excited about her sixteenth birthday party; a chance to get away from her strict parents for just a few hours. The quick surf Michaela and her sister Jess went on before the guests were due to arrive was meant to relax her, but to say it did the opposite would be an understatement. That surf turned Michaela's life around. Within a week, she had sprouted a tail, along with her sister. Michaela's parents weren't much help, leaving her and Jess to sort through the mess alone. When their mother and father finally took them to their home in the ocean, the two girls were kidnapped. One of the last remaining sea witches, a malicious woman named Krella, brought Michaela, Jess, and two other merpeople to the small town of Rocksworth. There, they were forced to do unmentionable and traumatizing things. Michaela doesn't know if she'll ever return to the coral castle she so briefly saw her parents call home, and if she does, what kind of life might that be?
