Being bullied and attacked at a young age, Daichi has trust for one person and one person alone, a fellow elf by the name of Eisuke. They met one night while the younger was being harassed by some human boys, being left in the woods for Eisuke to find. Ever since that day, Eisuke vowed to take care of Daichi and make sure than nothing bad ever happened to him.
Since Daichi has no parents, he spends most of his time with Eisuke or with the forest animals near his tree home, never really going out into public unless he needed something... until he got his 'Job'. That's when secrets started being kept and concern started to rise between the two. Will their friendship break into nothing or will the secrets that have been kept finally be released?

Also, the writing style is slightly different in the first four chapters, so i apologize for that. . . . An orphan living within the walls of his abusive orphanage, and a boy living in the slums of Yokohama. The boy from the slums comes stalking into the orphanage, looking for food to steal. Unintentionally, they meet. Followed by an intentional visit. Then another, and another. However, the boy from the slums suddenly stopped his visits. Though the orphan knew he wouldn't forget the others beautiful stormy eyes. Would he? TW: of course Atsushis past is full of abuse, and Akutagawa did murder a whole group of people. Though i guess you already knew that. (This isn't just about how they met, but also how they remembered eachother in the future when they were both in organizations.) Elliot never had friends, he's always been bullied and his parents are both drunkards with a bad temper. All his life he's just dealt with the problems and toughed it out.
