Before the umbrella academy, hargreeves simply tried to put powers into one's body. To twist the DNA in such a way that they would have abilities. Therefore he adopted a child, her name was Elizabeth. Soon, she had to ability to turn her body into a gas. However, after that succeeded he got mad with power. He wanted to see if it was possible to make someone immortal. it was much too dangerous to try to on himself, therefore, he chose Elizabeth. Instead of making her immortal, it made her "stuck" in a way. She simply did not age, she was stuck in the body of her 13-year-old self. She would eventually die as her mind aged, but her appearance would stay the same. "What?" A small smirk forms on my face. Her laugh is infectious. I catch a small part of me grunt out a bit of laughter. She was so pretty when she laughed, it was like the world stopped when she was happy. Almost like she had an energy that couldn't be contained by anyone or anything. "We were married." I start to laugh hysterically , she does the same. "There have been moments genuinely wanted to kill you in the past couple of days. How could this be?" A smirk stays plastered on her face. *Madeline Hargreeves (Number Five) has been stuck in a time loop for over a decade. She can read minds, see the future and jump to it. That is until the Umbrella Academy lands in one of her time lines breaking her free. Well, look at him, defying expectations! His daughter, Callie Taylor, doesn't even know who he is. But he shouldn't even exist...right? Wrong. The universe is not kind, is she? So when Callie finds herself in the subway between time, she finds her family. And someone else-Five. She instantly hates him, almost as much as he hates her. He just sees her as another Klaus.
