17 year old Novaelia's life was picture perfect. She lived in a Boston apartment with her mother, father and little brother. She had great friends at her school where she got along with anyone and everyone. She was happy to put it in simpler words.  But tragedy struck when her parents were murdered and she had to leave with her brother to go to Las Angeles with her new guardian. Her mother's childhood best friend and God mother. Someone she hasn't been in contact with since she was 8.  
Now she had to live with her, her husband and their five rowdy kids.
