Theres a new kid at school and Freddie somehow becomes friends with the cool new guy. Except the new kid did that on purpose being paid to be a secret spy was pretty nice. They wanted to get info on this new super who randomly appears and knows this teenager what reason the new kid will soon learn. 

Villain OC X Freddie Freeman after Shazam the after effects and stuff
Gay and other LGBTQ stuff its after the effects and Freddie didn't keep the ablities but can summon them if Billy lets him but he doesn't use them much. And this is the movie not comics.
