This tale of two supers trying to find how to use their powers for what they wanted.
In a world where anyone with super powers is cast out of normal civilisation and put into crappy environments, unless they are constantly helping normal people, "Supers" try to find their place in the world.
Allison, an orphan girl, just wants to become a superhero and escape the hell she lives in now.
And Anata, a very unstable super, wants to just save lives for a change.
So they both apply to a school to help them achiever their goals. With practice and constant missions to help them become what they aim to be.

Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? I guess that makes me a Supervillain with minor time travel superpowers and a huge crush on a not so powerful Superhero?
