They both fall deeply in love with each other
A tragedy happens between both of them and she was lost and he was left to mourn and reach power from his insanity.
She comes back again but as a human.
Will she be able to handle her former and new friends and foes?
Will she be able to restore her powers back?
Will she be able to restore her past memories, especially a certain Cipher?
Will the two be able to be together in the end?
Or not?
So this is a Bill x OC that I happen to wanna post for a very long while now.

[Bill Cipher x Dipper Pines fanfiction] Since the first summer Dipper and Mabel spent in Gravity Falls they've been going back every year. Now the twins are seventeen and still love the unknown future events of the summer. But this summer will be different. Story is my own Au. Dipper is the prince of the moon and dreams Mabel is the princes of the sun and joy/fun Bill is the demon in disguise trying to get more powerful Will is bills twins brother, another demon in disguise trying to live in peace Dipper has fulfilled his destiny of being the one who lifts the moon and makes sure everyone has a good dream. Dipper tries to not give in with anger but soon give's up on trying to stay happy. Soon anger takes him and makes the plan to start wierdmagedon with the people who actually remember him and his existence. But what will happen when Mabel messes up a spell she casted on him?
