Nicole had everything she could ever need in high school two best friends, an elder brother(Tyson) as the soccer captain and even a boyfriend(Julio) but all that ended in sophomore when her brother went to college, her best friend(Seth) twin sister(Corina) who was also her best friend died causing him to move and her boyfriend became her bully.
Well all that changed when Seth Carter moved back in town but he wasn't the same.
"Nicole it's so nice of you to drop by it's been a while I can hardly recognize you" Mrs Carter said to me as she led me into their mansion
"I just heard that you guys moved back and wanted to check on Seth it's been years" I said and couldn't help but notice the sad look on her face at the mention of her son's name
"is everything okay Mrs Carter?" I asked worried that something had happened to Seth
"Seth isn't home at the moment you can come back later or you'll see him in school" she said with a small smile which I returned
"no problem I'll be on my way then" I said and made my way to the by door but nothing could have prepared for what I saw next
The front door burst open and Seth came stumbling in looking like a lost puppy he held his keys in one hand and his jacket in the other, his pupils were dilated indicating that he was high and when he saw me he grinned and said "Nicole..." and I knew his return would turn my life upside down.
